Room was dirty and run down. The hot water isn't hot, it's barely warm. The shampoo was empty when I arrived and I had to ask four people over two days to get shampoo to be replaced. The shower curtain was dirty and stained. Hot and cold faucets weren't labeled correctly. The benches at the end of the beds were stained and gross. This is something I'd expect from a budget hotel, not one that was $200+ a night. The shuttle isn't consistent or a guarantee. I choose this hotel for the airport shuttle and they wouldn't take me and I ended up in a taxi. The curtains were falling apart, the beds were dishevelled. The toilet would randomly run.

Our stay was very pleasurable, the hotel was very clean and is full of charm. I rate it a 10 out of 10. The valet was very welcoming. Management at the front desk was very professional. The Bellhop was extremely helpful and took very good care of us upon arrival and departure. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and our server Ralph was very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to.||||The two standouts who really went out of their way to make our stay as memorable as possible was, Bellhop Herbert James and restaurant Matradee Jessica. Those employees' personalities make them a perfect fit for the hotel. I wish there were more genuine people like them in the service industry.||||Had a wonderful time,||Butch & Michele Foret Ponchatoula, LA.
