Positive: Shopping, food, and close to location I came to visit, breakfast was good. Eggs and biscuits, cinnamon rolls very good, good coffee as well. Staff was very nice, especially checking in. This lady was awesome! Hotel was clean. Negative: Our room, although clean for most part, needs some routine maintenance. Light bulbs blown. The bathtub was very slick getting in shower, possibly shampoo residue. Second night no room service. Had to go to lobby for fresh towels

There were several things not functioning and unsafe within our room. We have pictures if needed for proof. We stayed in room 231, an outlet was exposed, the safe was not working, lightbulb was missing, the restroom vent was not functioning, the ac had an exposed wooden piece sticking out and the electrical cord was in disarray and tangled. We had to put our luggage in front of it to keep anyone from tripping. The bathtubs anti slip grips had been removed and not replaced causing the tub to be very slippery. The bedding should be changed out after every cleaning and it wasn’t. On Saturday we were told by the Head cleaning lady that we couldn’t have housekeeping on Saturday December 16th because they were short staffed. We had to wait til Sunday. The pancake machine in the breakfast area and the orange juice machine were out of order the entire time we were there, which was 6 days. We felt the room to be unsafe but really didn’t have the luxury of relocating to another hotel due to we were on a tight schedule for my sons graduation activities. My daughter asked the front desk staff member Sai for a spoon for my grandson to eat his yogourt and he told her he didn’t have a spoon to give us, this was surprising because the breakfast area was just a few feet away, could he not have gotten one from there?
