There was this chemical smell that hits you as soon as we opened our hotel room door. It was like a chemical deodorant but a horrible antiseptic smell. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Weird furniture layout. But breakfast was the worst. They have the covered food warmers filled with jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches still in the wrappers. So the cheese inside melted and got all over the inside of the wrappers. They also had boiled eggs that were partially frozen and dripping wet.

This is one of the worst Marriott branded hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Please take heed to the reviews! Pros: The staff was as accommodating as could be. Full sized refrigerator Cons: Smell of cigarettes throughout entire building Dirty carpets Broken or worn furniture Pool water was yellowish Random people standing out front at all times of day & night Our room was an “upgrade”, I can only imagine what the standard room looked like. The room had too much moisture, not sure how that happens but the floor was wet. We decided to tuff it out since we came for a quick business trip but it was the worst. All of the linens were damp due to the moisture in the air.
