While the location is very conveniently placed the rooms and service here was awful and I would not recommend unless you’re very young and don’t care about customer service or comfort. The rooms are very outdated with horrible temperature control. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and offered a poor nights sleep. One of our windows was broken open and when we called the front desk they said someone would be there soon to fix it and when they didn’t come for 30 minutes, we called again because it was very late and we were very cold and then they said 5 minutes and the person did not come for another 20 minutes. They then proceeded to take the extremely large screen off of the window and close the window shut without fixing the window and leaving the large screen in the middle of our already small room. We reached out to the front desk about this every day after that and they never fixed it. We checked out with a broken window. Our shower was not draining at all when we arrived and it was not fixed until our third day stay. These are individually owned rooms so it’s up to the owners discretion whether the TVs are smart so your TV maybe be very outdated as ours was. Our 3rd night there there was some sort of snow cleaning/construction happening right behind the building for an hour at 10:30pm. Since they have no receptionist at that time we had to call the police about the noise disturbance and waited for the police to come and deal with it. Another thing to note is that if you have disposed of any marijuana products in your room they will look through your trash and try to find evidence and take pictures of your trash regardless of if you smoked in the room or not (in which we were extremely careful not to, always left far away from the building to be respectful of the establishment and other families) they will charge you 300$ for room damage due to the fact that they cannot confirm or deny if it was smoked outside of the room or not which is not valid and seems to be a profit scheme. The staff was friendly and no one was was rude it’s just obvious that they have poor infrastructure to make sure the customers are satisfied so it is not worth the price and I would highly discourage grown adults/ families from visiting here.
