This Hampton is located in a quiet area close to the Denver airport. We have been staying here annually for several years. We came in late on a sold-out night and the outstanding job by the night hostess, Jannafaye Thompson made our stay! It's staff like Ms. Thompson that make the Hilton brand #1 in our book. She was able to put us in our preferred room type and location. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It appears the hotel is being updated and we plan on staying here again on our future trips to the area. Thanks again Jannafaye!

As a Diamond member I stay with Hilton more than a few nights each year. Unfortunately I run into these properties like this and it clear the local management and corporate oversight are trying to milk all the money possible before doing any upgrades or improvements. I’ve seen this in areas where business is booming and every hotel in the area is full all the time…it truly comes down to availability. The TV didn’t work (oh we have to call Directv today), the rooms were outdated with dirty carpets, half patched holes in the walls and a dead thermostat on the wall…the bed was like a brick and the pillows were obviously past their prime. I tried to move to another hotel but everything is booked completely. Bottom line…I wouldn’t stay here again for free. My purpose for travel ends at 5pm tomorrow and instead of staying another night I’ll head out.
