Disguising rooms with poop all in toilet and all over bathroom (room 405). Second room (306) seems like toxic chemicals and I had a sticky floor and dirty carpets. Never seen such a disgusting site in my entire life. Please note I’ve stayed over 1,500 nights in Marriott’s and this is a bottom 1% hotel.

Loved this hotel, it was really clean from what I saw at first, had great friendly staff, great breakfast, was very calm and quite, location was perfect, felt safe…but our mattress was terrible, it had a sunk area on my side and I had to sleep backwards to avoid waking up with a backache. Some other things I didn’t enjoy so much; were seeing the bottom kitchen cabinets had dirty spots everywhere and the kitchen sink was also filthy. It’s little things like that, that can ruin an experience, it makes you wonder how dirty the room might actually be. I would have definitely stayed here next time I visit because I love the area and the hotel was great except for those things I mentioned but I’m not risking my sleep again, not with those mattresses. It’s really sad that a company as big and wealthy as Residence Inn owned by Marriot can’t provide better and more comfortable mattresses for their residents to sleep in, and those residents pay for the comfort they’re owed.
