The front desk worker/manager Misty was great, she was very helpful & kind from the moment we arrived to the time we left. She changed our room to a MUCH better room with a much better view of the mountains and we want to give her a shout out for being so great! The room itself was pretty dirty, the kitchen we had had dirty pots and pans that we were originally excited to use for making dinner but immediately got turned off when we saw how gross they were, and how the staff let them remain dirty before we even got there. They cleaned our sheets for us twice, and we’re respectful of our belongings, however we would just have liked it more if the place was cleaner. The location was pretty much perfect for the trip we went on. It was right in between Boulder & Denver, so we were able to get to both places easily & quickly because the location was so great! Overall, would only really recommend this place because of Misty she was great, but the hotel itself was pretty dirty.

I expected so much better. I was on the top floor, the elevator broke day 2 of my stay, and was told it would be repaired that afternoon. It was still broken two days later when I left. The place smelled bad when I got into the hallway near my room. I asked for my room to be serviced, the maids picked up the dirty towels, and tossed the clean ones onto the desk, not even in the bathroom. The trash wasn't emptied, the linens were not changed out. The one bright spot was the young man from the night shift cleaning crew. He was extremely professional. I recommend staying at another hotel. I will never return to this one, even if someone paid for it. Terrible, terrible experience.
