The location is great. Everything else sucks. The beds are too hard to sleep on. The carpet has stains. The fridge was dirty. The staff themselves were not very pleasant. Was not greeted upon arrival or exit. When I did need help , they were rude but did help me. The two times my key stopped working it took them two times to get it to work. Which means I had to make several trips up and down the elevator.

Though it is pet friendly they will hit you with a $75 cleaning fee. This was not posted on the hotel booking site or on the hotel website. In addition it was dirty, carpets were stained, roach feces in the refrigerator. I'm not sure what they do with the cleaning money but it's not cleaning. You're better off at Extended Stay America.
