I stayed there because walked in once and liked it. It is affordable, considering the location. I checked-in online, however, they couldn’t find me and I had to show them my confirmation number. So not very smooth. Also, if you book the room on their website, they lock the cost of the room and the deposit about $100, which was not really expected. There’s Starbucks, Michael Jordan’s Steak House and a gift shop. The rooms are tiny, the bed and TV are huge. Also there is a dedicated work space, but again very small.

Great location! Hotel was nice and clean. We had a beautiful corner room in the executive tower. We stayed 2 nights and we're able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We saw Teatro ZinZanni Friday night and it was a quick Uber ride to the theater district. We could have walked if it wasn't so cold out. Hotel staff was very nice. Bonus to have Starbucks right in the building too! The pool area is beautiful. Great experience overall. (Maybe bring earplugs if city noise and sirens will wake you).
