Beautiful hotel in a building with rich history. The refurbishment was really well done. The rooms are large and well appointed. The service was wonderful. We didn’t dine in any of the restaurant but did order in-room dining for breakfast. Everything we ordered was good. Definitely a place we would stay at again.

I can’t say enough about the service, comfort and luxury of this hotel! From arrival until departure a perfect interaction! Dolapo greeted us, assisted us to our room and explained everything! Very professional and personable, this guy showed pride in where he works, much like an owner would! Check in was easy and again very helpful! We stayed a few nights and really appreciated Amis in Bar Pendry, like Dolapo, he showed great pride in his service! Each and EVERY staff member was impressive!|Christmas mid morning we had brunch at Venteux, wow! Perfection in service and food! Chef was assisting in every part of the busy celebration, very impressive! |Rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable, great housekeeping! |The only bad thing I can say…the long weekend came to an end:) THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who make the Pendry such a special place, we certainly will return!
