Hotel is fabulous with stunning views of the Chicago River. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. My only gripe was the bell ring at 9:30 am on day of checkout and then again at 11:40 (check out was noon). 9:30 is a tad early for a reminder. I'm not stupid I know when I need to be out. The staff was otherwise very friendly and courteous. Room service was fantastic. A great location if you intend on shopping on Michigan Ave or just enjoying downtown Chicago.

Very nice hotel. The view is pretty, there's not-too-expensive parking garages nearby (might I suggest Aqua which is connected!), the room was nice and clean, there's a gym (although they no longer have a pool), the staff was all really friendly, and the location is pretty good. I definitely recommend.
