This was a beautiful hotel. It was definitely a luxury feel security was enforced, which made me feel safe as a female traveler. The food, the bar, and even the restaurant located inside of the hotel were absolutely amazing. There was no view , but everything else was able to compensate for it, like the location, the food amenities, etc. The only reason why I would give them three stars for service is because of the housekeeping. There should be a time cut-off to where they come into your room. I was Interrupted twice during my stay, once taking an nap around 7 p m at night and another night at 9 pm while I was in the shower I heard someone in my room and that's when I stepped out of the shower upset telling them to get out and It was a lady's stating that she was housekeeping here to clean the room, I declined the services and make sure to put the do not disturb tag on the door outside for the remainder of my stay . It was quite disappointing, especially for it being so upscale , for a any traveler that is a major safety issue you never know who is on the other side or if they're really telling the truth. Not to mention, while dining at the bar, there was another traveler who we overheard complaining to the bar tender that Housekeeping did the exact same thing to him as well !
