I travel for business quite often and was very pleased with this hotel. Great location with nice views of the river. Wonderful hotel with excellent service. Marcellus did an excellent job checking me in and seeing to it that I had everything I needed. The entire staff was very courteous. Sat at the bar and had a terrific dinner. The bartenders are very kind and attentive.

Rooms were spacious and clean (although a bit dated). The bed was very comfortable, but we noticed that our sink was cracked, our bathtub faucet leaked, and the closet doors wouldn’t close properly? The front desk people were very nice and friendly! I was very disappointed in the food quality - we ordered room service and ended up throwing half of it away. The veggie burger fell apart after one bite (felt like they took bean mash, molded a patty, and heated it up). The coffee bar was a bit of a bummer also - closed at noon, and had limited offerings (ex. unable to heat oat milk). I liked the stay overall but based on the price vs. room & food, I think there are better options in the area.
