We came to see Hamilton for my son’s 18th birthday. They left cake in our room for him (but no silverware, he figured it out- fear not!) which we loved. We set the plate outside the door and it was still there when we left 4 days later. Other than that, we adored the hotel, rooms were spacious and actual vanity space is a bonus. The coffee shop was great, and i got a wonderful cocktail at the rooftop bar. Every person we interacted with was wonderful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay here in mid September. Staff is top notch. Chad at check in took care of early check in and an awesome chamber for us. Deandre the bellman is so helpful and super nice. Nice to see!!! This hotel is a great choice Nice part of Chicago too. Close to everything!!. Riverwalk is fun. Navy pier. Skyscrapers everywhere, so cool. Walking distance to museums and lake. September is such a nice month in Chicago. Chicago crushed it for us and this Virgin hotel is one of the best. Reasonable price. Worth it!!! Rooftop bar is fun too!! Thanks Travis for following up with me. See u next September hopefully Kirk
