I had such a wonderful experience and this is so going to be my place to stay in Chicago from here on out! The check-in person was so nice she greeted me by name the second morning. The concierges Kyle and the other lady (sadly blanking on her name) are so kind and generous and brought me a teddy bear and a candle shortly after check-in with a card welcoming me to my first Waldorf. I’m floored with how wonderful it’s been. Also James my waiter at breakfast was amazing! Lastly this is the best most efficient valet I’ve ever had at a hotel. Charles is an amazing asset to your team!

It's just an all-around luxurious experience. It smells great when you walk in. Staff is always kind and helpful. The rooms speak for themselves, clean, comfy, and wonderful ambiance. Love the marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub. I was upgraded to a suite with fireplace and balcony. The spa and fitness area is the best! The breakfast at Brass Tack was ideal. I recommend the pancakes. I try to go as much as I can.
