Service could be better. Check in was amazing the young lady I believe her name is Jessica, was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice and quiet, but something about the evening/night staff which are just a little rude. They only have small bars of soap, makeup remover wipes and hair caps, but no mini shampoos or conditioners, which is very eco friendly, but if you don't like sharing the hair products with other visitors, bring your own. The room I was in had a small safe for valuables. When you enter your room the TV screen shows your name which is so thoughtful and cute! 🙂 I believe 🥞🍽️breakfast is from 6-9 and it is included in the stay cost so free of charge. Seems like appliances could get a little more TLC: 1) Microwaves are not included in the rooms and are only added in the rooms upon request. (When you do request them they are stored in a dusty room, which means you'll get a dirty microwave. I had to clean the one inside and out when it got delivered). 2) The rooms are clean but the mini fridge was dirty and moldy in the cracks where the metal frames go. Otherwise, the stay was okay and worthwhile. I'd stay again if I had the chance and hope the appliances were cleaned this next time.

I can’t say I had any real problems with the hotel overall. Had it not been a Hilton, I would say it was fine Hilton, however, has a reputation that this hotel did not meet. I’m trying to recall if I never been in a Hilton other than this one that did not have a microwave. The door to the room did not close on its own and the door to the shower leaked. The room itself was rather dark, and I thought maybe it was just me until another guest made the same comment. The clock beside the bed had a huge plug, which meant you could not plug anything into the outlet beside it. While I do not need my room cleaned every day, there was no notice that it would not be cleaned and it wasn’t for two days. The room is smaller than average as well. The staff were exceptional, though, making extra effort several times to accommodate us. If you want a decent hotel, this one works just fine. If you want a Hilton, you probably won’t be satisfied with this place.
