My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The location was nice however we noticed a lot of issues with our stay which was a disappointment for it being our anniversary. The front desk was friendly however the rate we booked the hotel was not what we were given. We would have booked somewhere else however it was more expensive to go somewhere else during our stay. We were told we would be reimbursed the difference but that never occurred and it’s been a month. The room was dirty upon our entry and there was fecal matter left over in the toilet. To say the least, our stay here was unfortunate. I would recommend seeking other options. After calling the manager I was sent to a voicemail and left my info to be contacted back with no answer. I’m sure there is better places to stay in the area.

Positive: The hotel had a great vibe with lots of fun colors and decorations. Also liked how close it was to the zoo. Negative: Our room wasn't vacuumed, the bathroom wasn't swept and there were crumbs on the desk. It was not clean and when I complained they were going to send someone to clean the next morning and no one ever came.
