We got a suite room on our way home from our vacation and this room was very disappointing. We specifically came here because they are pet friendly, which is the only reason we stayed. The smell in the room was enough to make anyone vomit. Smelled like stale cigarettes bad, and stale people in the room. We had zero information on what was around- restaurants that deliver and such. Holes in the walls, carpet all ripped up everywhere. No towel hooks in the bathroom for towels. Went to plug something in and behind the tables looks like it’s never been cleaned. We had a “wet bar” with nothing in it. I had sent my husband down for an extra coffee pod for the morning and he was told no. While I understand people outside will smoke where they want, it didn’t matter which door we walked out of, we were bombarded with cigarette and weed smell from other guests staying which then was in the elevators as well. We normally have really good luck with holiday inns but not this one. Beyond out dated, dusty and definitely not worth the money we paid.

Lack of cleanliness and updates. For starters, the water feature in the main lobby, though pretty was in credibility loud. Not sure how anyone holds meetings or banquet there. Believe you'd probably score weddings and more in that space if it were not a loud mess. Our bathroom floor, was dirty with items and hair. The shower literally had mold on all four walls. The sink filled to the top just washing our hands, because of slow drain, and took a good minute for potty to flush. There was trash behind the furniture, the dressers and bathroom cabinets (the wood parts) were scratched and knicked up incredibly bad, and everything was just old. Could only pray the sheets were properly washed for us to sleep, but they slept good. The best part was the breakfast staff. Carolyn was inviting and helpful. There was a full breakfast from eggs, bacon, biscuits to fruit, Oatmeal, waffles and cereal.
