By far the best value$ on the island! I was expecting just a bed & a mini fridge. What I got was a full 1 bedroom apartment that was very clean, well stocked with the necessary & I even had an ocean view from my apartment. I will most definitely be back!!

Honestly would give 0 stars if possible. Attempted to stay here on 6/7. Was so nasty and made us feel uncomfortable we left Clearwater to book a hotel in downtown Tampa. Mind you I am extremely allergic to mold and upon getting ready to head to bed for the night we found mold all around the ac unit. Will be reporting this unit to the DBPR. Owner gave us back security deposit, but cared none about the health of his tenants for the night as he did not refund the total payment even though I was at risk of severe allergic reaction because they do not keep their rooms up to par
