What an incredible and enjoyable stay at this property! From the lobby to the room to the restaurants/bars, every part of this place was beautiful. My room exceeded beyond expectations from cleanliness to the perfect view of downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie. The staff was incredible! 10s across the board to everyone, very hospitable and accommodating. Very specific appreciation to Dwayne and Caden for a great check-in and welcome for my stay, they were so nice and recommended some great things to explore during my stay. And the cheesecake at Eliot’s Bar? OUT OF THIS WORLD! My server Haley was spot on with that recommendation, that alone would have me come back without hesitation. Whenever I come back to visit, I’m booking here always. Thank you Hilton Cleveland Downtown!

Wanted to stay downtown to reminisce about growing up there and being able to walk to some places I went to as a kid. It didn’t disappoint. The hotel is close to everything, it’s spacious, clean and inviting. The staff is helpful especially the valet group. Hanging out in the cold to get our car. |Front desk is responsive and helpful. Rooms are large, beda and linens are top notch and it’s clean, clean, clean!|Enjoyed the bartender on the second floor and the ambience even though it was a quiet and cold night. |Location is great. Used to stay at the Marriott and have stayed at the Dryry, Renaissance and others over the years. All good however I like the view from the Hilton. |Watched the snow roll in and the ships roll out.
