My experience at the Holiday Inn Clevland Clinic was spectacular. We were greated immediately upon arrival by a pleasant staff member. Our room was spotless clean and comfortable. Beds we nice. The restaurant was very busy and the serving staff and bartenders did an excellent job. The food was yummy and presented well. The pizza was delicious. The Managers were always in the restaurant or front desk helping the staff. This hotel sees a lot of people who come to the area for doctors appointments at Cleveland Clinic The shuttle that take you to Cleveland Clinic was such a plus. And drivers always made sure you arrived on time. All the employees of this hotel go above and beyond to take care of the quests. I'm grateful I stayed here.

Positive: I loved everything about this hotel! It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to the Cleveland Clinic. The shuttle buses to the clinic were helpful. The staff was courteous and accommodating. I was impressed & will book here again in the future. Negative: It would be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was nice but very expensive.
