The hotel is integral to the Cleveland Clinic skyway system that connects most - but not all - medical buildings allowing you to move around the CC main campus without going outside. So it makes it a great place to stay for medical visits. It is clean & well-run. The club lounge is terrific, mainly by virtue of the three terrific ladies that work as hostesses - Antoinette, Bernadette & Monica. Table 45 restaurant is good but needs to refresh its menu, it hasn't changed in two years. Valet parking is pricey, $38/day, but more importantly, the valet staff, who I understand are a contract company, have "attitude". We self park a block away at one of the CC garages (connected by skyway) with a $30 7-day pass w in and out privileges. The valet staff get a bit snarky when they learn you are self parking. The only time we used valet was our first extended stay (10 days) when I had heart surgery in 2021 & the vehicle came back at checkout day filthy. Never again.

We stayed here while visiting my niece who is a freshman at Case Western Reserve University. We were centrally located & had a clean, comfortable room. I enjoyed the fact that there were dining options within the hotel.
