Skip this hotel! While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel is very out dated and the rooms are grimy. There was mold in the ceiling of the shower, stains on the walls/floors and everything seemed worn out. My colleague who was here for the same conference apparently had an even worse room. For the price they charge, this is not worth your money! Disappointing for a Marriott property.

Me and three other girlfriends recently stayed here and we won’t be returning. We didn’t have any issues with the staff and honestly didn’t see many employees. We found accessing the hotel kind of annoying and the parking isn’t free. Two ladies were in wheelchairs and we found the elevators to be small and cramped. From first glance this hotel is gorgeous, but the deeper you analyze and look around the more filth you will see. It is so outdated and so grimy. Our room was honestly disgusting, dust everywhere, faint ring around tub, dirty trash cans, mirrors and baseboards. I found it so annoying that there were not enough outlets. Usually there are outlets on the tables and light fixtures. We had to pull the nightstand out to even get to an outlet for our chargers. The beds were actually comfortable and so were the pillows. But for the price you pay I expected a CLEAN, up to date room. Also - there isn’t a complimentary breakfast… you have to go down to the main lobby to be seated for breakfast, which is from 7-11 am. They do however have complimentary coffee downstairs by the breakfast area. Overall the experience just wasn’t great and we will be finding another place to stay if we visit the downtown area again.
