We came as guests for a company Christmas party, and the staff absolutely delivered a great time! Their professionalism and welcoming atmosphere is the best decor in a hotel that is clean and well appointed already. This place is what it is not because of the history, or the location, or the upscale furniture and lighting fixtures, it is what it is because of the amazing folks that are there every day, keeping it going. Hotel work is hard work and I hope this staff is being adequately valued, because without them it would be just another hotel . Great job, all, you made the long drive up and back for one night completely well worth it. Happy Holidays!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and the customer service was incredible, Amber was at the front and gave us the kindest service, we enjoyed there complimentary drip coffee in the lobby in the mornings and the valet (Rick) was also super accommodating and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the updated rooms they were super clean and spacious and looked even better than the pictures, in person. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Colorado Springs. The location was great most things were walking distance.
