Had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again. The room was updated and very comfortable to stay in.

It's probably a better place for one night stays than business customers staying for a couple of months. My company requires my card to be charged every friday. Twice now, this has been an issue. The latest is that they issued me a folio but didn't charge the card. Now i have to explain it to my boss and her boss as well as risk an audit from accounting. You'd think a long-term stay hotel would be better set up for business customers. Asked to speak to the general manager or his boss, but they've blown me off. The room is ok, but I'd love to chat with the idiot who thought motion sensor thermostats were a good idea. My guess is it's no big deal to him to have to wake up sweating through the sheets they only change once a week. Hallways and common areas are also not air conditioned as they are usually around 80 degrees. When housekeeping comes through they do a wonderful job of cleaning the room. However, they slam the doors all day long because either management is too cheap to buy door-stops for the housekeeping carts or they just could care less about waking up do not disturb nights working customers. Overall, a nice hotel not being properly managed with regards to keeping the customers in mind and attention to detail. Management is apothetic and does not do well with problem solving. As I will be in CS for another few months, I am changing hotels at the end of the week. $10 bet I have to fight to get my points and days from Bonvoy because they will screw that up.
