Definitely the worst hawthorn I've ever been to. The staff is rude and entitled. The room wasn't cleaned properly. I checked in at eleven p.m. and there were filthy towels all over the hallway. I had to get towels at 3 a.m. because they wouldn't bring them to the room. They are severely over priced and they have roaches. Not to mention the stove top didn't work. When you call the front desk to work it out, the token response is " I can't do anything about it, talk to the manager when they get here. The manager is gone all day long and I work nights. Never will I ever return. Would NOT recommend anyone ever stay at this location. 5505 kiem circle columbus,oh. Your complaints will be met with threats of calling the police!!!! I wanted to resolve this matter peacefully but the staff made that impossible!!! Definitely gonna report this to whoever will listen, starting with the better business bureau
