Edit.. I talk to 2 lovely ladies at the front desk when checking out. They were fantastic! They listen and were going to see to some of the issues. Great facility, clean rooms. The best/friendliest service was the housekeeping staff. The evening front desk.... couldn't help with any request. 3 requests for towels, all the containers in the bathroom were empty. The fitness center had no towels or cleaning supplies, even after 2 calls to the evening front desk. The "pantry" had empty shelves and no bottles of water, The filter on the water fountain by the meeting rooms needed to be replaced.
The hotel is fine. It’s clean safe and nice. The only issue were towels. They provide two towels in the room and to wash cloths. I had went to the desk to ask for two more towels. They were out. They had one swim towel left and gave that to me. Staff was polite and seemed to feel bad they didn’t have towels. I had seen other reviews about no towels so until they get their towel issues resolved I’d probably bring your own.
