The lodge is what it is - adequate and clean. The check in experience is something else - the rudest and most surly young lady who would rather be anywhere else other than doing her job. She makes you wish you had booked elsewhere - no welcome and no smile - devoid of any emotion other than the satisfaction she has made you wait at reception for no reason and gives no eye contact. The rooms are perfectly adequate but nothing special - I guess the Receptionist is also a Cleaner as you felt the same attitude in the room with carefully placed hairs (yes,those hairs too!) so you can easily spot them. Glad I will never experience this person's "hospitality" again but my advice to others - avoid this pĺace as there are plenty of others......
