Rustic hotel with lots of character. Beautiful old features throughout. Staff was friendly. Tiny town near Death Valley. If you’re looking for something spotless and new not the place for you. I love older homes and their imperfections so I didn’t mind it! Would stay again.

I understand this is historic and very old place, I understand plumbing and other things have been updated and is hard to hide certain things but there is absolutely NO excuse for the lack of cleanliness, toilet had fecal matter, mirrors are super dusty, you can write on them, lamps haven't been dusted in years.
