I don't understand all the negative reviews I read. I stayed at this location 2 different times on a recent business trip and found the property to be very 'up to date' and clean with comfortable beds. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel with good solid food options and great service. All of the staff were very pleasant. The airport shuttles were prompt and the drivers were super. I have usually stayed at the Westin for convenience, but this is an excellent option at a much better price point. Glad I took a chance on this place and didn't put too much stock in the negative reviews!

Reception staff was very kind and accommodating. I popped in here late on a Saturday because the airport hotel I had reserved seemed to be unsafe. My rate for a king suite was reasonable and found the room to be clean, spacious and very comfortable. In room water bottles are free for Honors members. Thank you!
