I first want to say that the Front Desk clerk Craig Polite is the most amazing friendly person in this hotel especially since all the other front desk clerks here are horrible!!! The rest of the staff in the hotel are also friendly but Craig is the BEST!! The rooms were good, room service brought extra coffee! The pillows are wonderful! Breakfast and happy hour are worth the stay here!!! The bar staff is friendly, although they need an expresso martini and some hot adult beverages for winter!! You will constantly smell THC, but not the hotels fault!! Again Craig is the BEST!!! Give that man a raise and promotion!!

Each day, they provided impeccable room service, delectable snacks, and refreshing drinks. The breakfast they offered was truly outstanding, showcasing an extensive range of pastries, fruits, eggs, and sumptuous omelettes. With their exceptional service, this hotel has become my favorite thus far.
