I have never felt so uncomfortable, the way the staff treated me and my family. We had on reservation and completed it only to make a new reservation starting 01/09/24 to 01/12/24 paid $487.44 which $150 of that was a deposit of $50 for each night. I’m a single mom with 3 of my children. I was in between houses having to stay at hotels for 6 weeks. Myself and children left the hotel to go get lunch and when I noticed I forgot my money I returned back to the hotel to find 2 staff members Stephanie a manger and her manager Elisa in my room going through my belongings the look on her face when I said what are you two doing.. it was like a deer in headlights. Immediately the general manager said we have a right to be in here. Mind you my Do Not Disturb was clearly outside of my door. I was in complete shock that I found them rummaging through my things.. This morning my 3 year old woke up very ill, high fever, which I also have a bag of my medications for my ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, my babies medicine Tylenol and ibuprofen plus my thermometer. It took us 2 loads to bring all of our stuff from another hotel. I did have a female chihuahua who is 5 pounds starting with us who I carry in my purse. I had open dog food. I did not tell them I had a pet. Yes to avoid another fee of $75 because I’m already struggling to stay afloat. I never felt so disrespected and embarrassed by how I was treated by these 2 staff. Normally I’ll get up and do my own housekeeping I’ll go to the house keepers and get clean towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and I’ll gather the previous days trash and I’ll throw the garbage myself or I’ll place it out side the room which I did that day and that day only because my 3 year old is really sick. I tried to feed him cereal which he didn’t want so I left it out on the bed stand I then tried yogurt. My son made a tuna fish sandwich. My other son made a breakfast sandwich. That morning I got a bag of popcorn and he did spill a pop corn on the floor and did step on it. We eat in our room. Is there something wrong with that? My baby is really into spider man and Captain America so with 3 plates we made him fake shields, those along with his toys were scattered about. I’ve just recently in July was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. I was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks. I use the rest room 3-4 a day I’m on infusions. The way they made me feel, so uncomfortable unwanted unwelcomed. We have 5 people staying in this room. 4 who majority there 24-7. We’re on the second floor with a 3 year old the window doesn’t have a screen so I’m not comfortable opening the window to air out the room but we kept the fan on running continuously to help vent the room. They were calling me unclean. The general manager (Elisa) told me I was homeless for 10 months and never let my room get messy. She was only trying to keep our money. She said this room stinks and I’m going to need to shut it down. I recorded our conversation. She’s had no sympathy for our situation. I took plenty of videos and photos. I would not recommend staying here especially knowing their watching cameras to see when guests leave their room so they can go through your belongings. I’ve never felt so violated. I’d be more than happy if corporate wanted to see our conversation and how she was talking to me. I personally would fire them both for going through a guest belongings. They kicked us out taking our money I have 3 year old who is having a high fever and vomiting who should just be resting. Instead we’re scrambling to find some where to go. With a sick child. I also took videos and pictures willing to give to corporate

Positive: For the price of the hotel and proximity to the airport it fit my needs. The room was relatively clean, you could tell that the sink needed to be wiped down. The Breakfast had nice selections, although the juice machine was broken so no juice choices. Negative: The Front staff desk almost seemed annoyed with you when asking them a question.
