Excellent customer service! The rooms are nice, it was meticulously clean, both in public areas and room. Great breakfast, huge indoor pool. Negatives are the doors. Every single one needs to have key slots cleaned out. The back security door worked for nobody we met, and we had to get new keys 4x daily for our room. Please fix this!

I booked this room thru Bring Fido as I was traveling with 2 dogs. The room was clean but bare bones. The TV continuously cut out. When I checked in and showed the front desk person my reservation and confirmation number, she couldn't find it in the hotel's computer. She said she wouldn't "fight" me on the reservation! Really!? Also the doggie relief stations had no bags for excrement. The card keys did not work on the outside doors. It was 10 degrees and we had to walk around to the front of the building. Then the key didn't work on our room. Had to go get that fixed. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows crackled at every move. The thermostat did not properly regulate the room temperature. Overall, not what I have come to expect from LA Quinta. Total disappointment.
