We stayed at the Art Hotel Denver on NYE this year with our 3 boys. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 5. There was an option to valet park or park around the corner. We self parked around the corner. The walk back to the hotel while short felt a bit uncomfortable. There seemed to be a tent area with people settled in between the hotel and parking. |Free water and snacks at check in. Friendly people at the front desk. |There seems to be a club across the street so the night was super loud and it was a party scene............it was NYE! I'm not really complaining, it should be expected that evening. |We had brunch in the restaurant the next day. Unfortunately the service was a bit slow and the food not fantastic. We order the wings and no one really enjoyed them. |If I was going back to Denver I'm not sure this would be on my list.

Lovely chic hotel located in downtown Denver. Be warned, there is no parking here, only valet ($49 when I went). You can park on the lots close by, they range from $10-$20 for overnight.||The rooms were clean & spacious, and we had all the amenities. I recently got an Amex Platinum card w/ Hilton Honors & this was my first experience. Gotta say it was splendid! We came at midnight but the staff was super welcoming & helpful.||The service was definitely 5/5 experience, I have never been treated so well before! We had comped breakfast for 2 at the Fire restaurant inside the hotel, and our server Stephen was so so wonderful. Debbie & Thaddeus took our togo orders after breakfast & gave us hot cocoa while we waited. The food was tasty & the service was even better! ||Chloe helped me check out and she was super helpful explaining my Amex benefits. Laurel also had some nuggets of wisdom regarding my benefits. The entire staff from the restaurant to reception are way too nice & helpful. Management, give these people a raise! They work hard and are very friendly. Even if I didnt like the hotel, I would still come back just for the fantastic service. A+++ experience overall, would definitely come and stay again!
