This was a tough stay. My family spent New Years Eve at this property after a day of skiing. You really could not ask for more with the location. It is about a block from the Cherry Creek Mall and is surrounded by great dining choices within walking distance. After we watched the New Years Fire works we retried to our room to sleep and someone kept calling our room. When we asked the front desk about it they had no idea who was doing this. When we finally got to sleep the hotels fire alarm went off so we had to evacuate the hotel. We were told it was a false alarm by the fire department so we could go back to our room. When we got back into bed our phone starts to ring again. At this point it was past 1:00 am. We purchased a package with parking and breakfast. When we went sleepily to the restaurant in the lobby we were told they were fully booked with reservations. Only after pressing the hostess did she begrudgingly offer us seating at the bar. Why would you allow someone to purchase a breakfast package and not allow them to use it or inform them they need to reserve breakfast space? After checking out we discovered they charged us for valet parking as well. With the beautiful location you really need to try hard to fumble someones trip and they managed.

This was a very nice hotel experience with a nice view and in a fantastic location. Cherry creek has so many shops and restaurants around it and is only about 15 min from downtown Denver. The rooms were nice and housekeeping was always there to clean each day. We stayed for a week around the new year and they had a pop up bar for New Year’s Eve. The entire neighborhood was decorated with lights for Christmas as well. One thing to note is that they charge $65 per day for parking onsite, but it’s $2 per hour if you park on the street. Parking on street is free after 7pm, but no one is enforcing it at all so we parked for free the whole week. Don’t pay for their overpriced on site parking!
