Honestly, I think this hotel deserves a higher rating. For a hotel and the price, it’s extremely reasonable. The rooms were very clean and organized when we got there. The cleaning service was good, left nothing unattended to. We got complimentary breakfast and gym, which is phenomenal for the price. The location is great as its walking distance from essentially every popular spot in Denver. Definitely great value and I believe that all my expectations were met with this hotel.

First off, I never write reviews...I only write reviews when I'm given top tier service and the establishment should know. We came to Tru by Hilton Denver Downtown for my Birthday trip last week. I have never had such great customer service and professionalism from an Employee ever. Chris Trejo from the Front End absolutely saved our trip and experience! Without getting into to much details about how our trip started off to a rather bleak start...Chris made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable at the Hotel. We made a comment about missing our Puppy on the trip and the next morning there was a little bag with some dog toys in it with a note! Later Chris and Morgan saw us leaving for my Birthday dinner and gave me a Birthday Card...Come on that was amazing! They also gave us suggestions of fun restaurants/activities in the area. After a rough start to our trip, coming to Tru by Hilton Denver Downtown completely changed the trajectory of our trip! Mostly the excellent customer service...Our overall experience with the Hotel was great as well. Honestly, I don't think we would ever go to a different Hotel if Hilton continues to have Employee's like Chris & Morgan! Thank you for a Birthday to remember...
