The staff was very freindly and accomedating and helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with backflow preventer valves (the city messed up their inspection) and the city was having sewer issues from the snow melt. My bathroom was unusable when I went to shower at night and I didn't have time the next morning to wait for another room to be cleaned. But they refunded my room charge.|The bed was very comfortable. They have coffee in the room and also at the office. The location is conveiniant to grocery, gas, resturuants, and Starbucks. I will stay again.

Review of Stay at Econo Lodge Flagstaff Route 66 Stay Date: 12/22/2023 - 12/25/2023 During our visit to SnowBowl, we chose to stay at Econo Lodge. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing for the following reasons: 1. Room Condition and Cleanliness: The room was filthy upon arrival, with dirty floors and a clump of someone else’s hair on the floor. The presence of icy tiles also posed a safety risk, especially considering our 1.5-year-old child. 2. Child-Friendly Amenities: We were not provided with a crib, causing significant inconvenience. 3. Bathroom Conditions: Issues with the shower drainage led to water spilling all over the floor. 4. Room Comfort: The furniture was outdated, and temperature control was a problem – it was cold without the air conditioner, but too hot and noisy with it. 5. Quality of Food: The breakfast consisted of carbohydrate-heavy snacks without alternatives for those who prefer standard options like eggs or porridge. 6. Customer Service and Refund: After checking out early at 7 am the next day, we were promised a refund for the unused days. However, three weeks later and after calling the hotel on 01/13/2024, we were told there would be no refund. We sought assistance from Booking. Recommendation: Potential guests should think carefully before booking this hotel, considering the issues with conditions, service, and refunds.
