I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and had an excellent experience. The location right on the beach is perfect - close all restaurants, bars and other things in Las Olas. William, the assistant general manager, greeted us warmly upon check-in and was incredibly helpful during our stay. He upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view of the canal, which was spacious and included all the amenities we needed. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with a nice outdoor pool and bar, and easy access to the beach, which literally just across the street. Towels are provided for the pool and beach, which is very convenient. The on-site breakfast restaurant had a decent selection of food and beverages. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott Fort Lauderdale for its wonderful accommodations, amenities, and outstanding customer service. It exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return next time I'm in the area. An excellent value for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay!

Beautiful location by the ocean. The staff and service were excellent. The elevator carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a year, in the lobby there are sweet lounge couches with electrical outlets so you can easily charge your devices while you wait, but none of them work. And room 1110 the sink doesn’t have a drain cover and the left handle spins freely without turning on the water. These types of things are easily fixable and with a little attention will increase the customer experience greatly. Look forward to staying here again.
