I was unable to get to my booked hotel due to heavy rain and flooding. I stopped at Element but wasn't sure if I would be able to get a room. Austin and Sia (apologies if I misspelled) went above and beyond to assist. I was able to get a room and an upgrade. The room is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has a full kitchen which I really needed. Not sure what I could have done without their help, given we are under a flash flood warning and I'm with my dog. I've always preferred staying at Marriott, but this experience has solidified my appreciation for the brand. I hope to be back at this hotel in the future. Thank you!!!

I stayed at the Element for one night (wish I could have stayed longer) during my spring break and I had a fantastic time. I loved how hip the hotel was. I loved how the valet services was done through your phone and that the elevators to get to your room were only accessible with a key which felt very safe. The hotel was close to everything that we wanted to do. I am so glad I stayed here. the rooms were clean and even had a full fridge, microwave, and stove-top. I also appreciated that the sinks had filtered water so you could refill your water bottles. It felt very eco friendly.
