We stayed here during a winter storm and had to change flights many times. Also, needed a wheelchair and hotel had one for our use. Kathleen at front desk was most helpful, kind and thoughtful to our family group. Breakfast was great with lots of food choices. The atrium is so beautiful and relaxing. Location is great excellent! We had to stay two additional days due to canceled flights. Though we couldn't get on with our vacation, we were able to vacation, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, as was the breakfast and evening reception. This holiday is a little dated, but good service never goes out of style. Thank you.
