I love this Hyatt when I have to stay in South Florida. There is so much around the area and the hotel staff is super helpful. We arrived late and even though the kitchen was closed, the hotel staff went out of their way to help us get menu and delivery to our room. The pool is awesome, heated so even if it is windy and chilly you can still enjoy. Gym is nice, small but has everything you need for a work out to offset any vacation eating. The restaurant is the hotel is also very good, breakfast was my favorite. I would suggest to stay here for a very enjoyable visit.

This sole visit to Florida was to move our son to Nova for his freshman year. We had previously booked another hotel and there was not a shot in hell we would spend 6 days in that dump. Thankfully we stumbled upon the Hyatt Centric making the already difficult time of moving our son 1000 miles much easier. The moment the valet took our car we knew we made the right choice. The smiles were contagious, straight to the front desk and every employee we encountered. the lobby area is welcoming and spotless clean, hallways and room were also on point. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner multiple times during our stay and each experience was fabulous. Pool area was clean and stocked with clean towels and chair coverings, gym was immaculate with a good variety of dumbbells and machines also very clean. So many more good points but just stay and see for yourself! We will be staying at the Centric for the next 4-8 years multiple times per year, great hotel, great staff, great food, great rooms and great smiles from everyone, I mean everyone! P.S. We are also dog parents, it was amazing to see how dogs we treated equally to the owners. Amazing to know they are pet friendly and are greeted with the same smiles!
