I wish I had something good to say, but I don’t. Check in- Person was on a phone call for 10 minutes while stood at the counter. Finally I had to speak loudly and demand he get off the phone and just give me a room and I will happily be on my way. The king bed room I booked was not available. They tried to out me in a lower class room than I booked with two small bed. Was there as a couple. Yes, this was upsetting after explaining we ended up in an ocean view room with large bed. But it took a lot of headache and upset to get there.. Outside the “ocean view room” was a bar with staff who simply did not care about customers, only themselves. The TVs and light were on 24 hour hours at Max Volume. Ocean view balcony doors must be left closed for irritating now. Hotel guests would scream from balcony asking staff to turn it down and staff would ignore the guests. Finally on day 3 at 04:00 I waiting 15 minute on the room phone nobody answered. I went down and personally unplugged multiple tv’s so we could all get some rest. The following days the staff didn’t even plug the TVs back in. Nobody care about anything apparently. I wish them the best, management have those with an “I don’t care” attitude to kindly find a job some place else.
