What a magical place to stay! We came in late at night due to a delayed flight, had a miserable taxi driver and I was very fatigued (thank you long term chemo effects). WOW Monique at the front desk was so kind and welcoming!! Totally turned our evening around. :) I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was. Breakfast the next day we had Sandra seat us and Euden(spelling?) serve us. They were AMAZING! Attentive, welcoming, funny, professional and the breakfast was also incredible. Rooms were clean, the curtains blocked all the light so we had a fantastic sleep, soft sheets, great water pressure in bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again if we come back this way!

As a Silver Elite member, I’ve come to expect at least standard customer service but not here. I requested early check in - only by 1 hour early and not only was that not recognized, our room wasn’t even ready at the actual check in time of 4:00. Only 1 working elevator, a very slow elevator at that, created a backlog of guests waiting - based on reviews the other one has been broken a while (at least a few weeks). The lounge bartender was overwhelmed being the only one, creating very slow service. No free breakfast as I’ve gotten in numerous other Marriott hotels. They charged for it. Also charge for parking. And to add insult here, they charged me $470 for 1 night when my reservation confirmation was for $420 (I’m working to resolve that)- but this hotel is absolutely not worth anywhere near either of these prices. I travel a lot and have stayed at much nicer Marriotts with excellent customer service (including homemade chocolate chip cookies) for $100 less!! Even in California Silicon Vally area Marriott hotels far exceed this one for way less money!
