We stayed one night this past weekend(Saturday/sunday) and valet our SUV. When we got our SUV back the rear entertaining was turned on and a movie was playing. We have the rear entertainment screens for the kids so we only have kids shows playing. When we turned on the SUV a random movie was playing and the settings were set to all voice settings. We had less gas in the truck as well. I don't know if they were trying to get credit card info from the settings but it was obvious someone was watching a movie in the SUV. The roku remote was also in a place where we never put it. I contacted the front desk and a manager wasn't on duty so they took my information down but I still haven't received a call back. I normally only stay at Mariott properties due to the exceptional service, amenities, and well maintained properties. This is definitely disappointing and we are not happy. This is the reason why I am giving a 3 star review.

I absolutely love this hotel from the valet to the front desk receptionist. Very pleasant and detailed oriented staff. You never open the main doors by yourself. You are greeted the moment you get near the front desk. Checkin is smooth and seemless. The rooms are gorgeous.. I had a view of the intracoastal, king sized suite with appliances and stackable washer and dryer. It was so relaxing and quiet at this hotel. I absolutely love the private balcony that holds 5 to 6 ppl comfortablely. Most stay here again! Love this hotel! They have a pool, grilling area, and like open cabanas to relax the day away... Draw back, parking is 25 a day per guest, that gets expensive.
