Gorgeous and clean facility and room. We didn't swim, but the outdoor pool and sitting area was so nice! The continental breakfast was delicious. And the drinks at the bar were a great welcome and well made. The food was also insanely delicious. My only issue was trying to check in. The lady at the check in didn't know how to address issues or questions. She just kept saying I'm sorry I don't know what to do. I had booked the room as an addition to my flight booking. When I booked my flight, I reserved my new husband's seat first, then mine. Apparently for whatever reason, it caused the hotel to be booked under his name. So it ended up being a simple solution, but she didn't seem interested in even trying to problem solve. But overall I will definitely recommend this place and plan to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. We had a clean spacious room on the 10th floor with a decent view. We had called immediately as we had booked to let them know that we were celebrating our honeymoon with them! They left us strawberries and champagne in our room! And they provided us with a breakfast voucher which was wonderful the next morning. The only concern was one phone call. We felt as if someone at the front desk was slightly rude to us over the phone when we called to confirm our booking. We had noticed others had written Google Reviews about unclean rooms and bed bugs so we called to ensure that we'd get a clean room as we're celebrating NYE with them. We got a sarcastic reply saying we'll be taken care of. Once we were there, all the front desk workers were very friendly and helped us with our check in and check-out. Aside from that phone call, pleasant hotel! Also, we weren't charged a resort fee for this hotel which was amazing!
