Very good location and excellent staff. Nicole was such professional for customer care with her smile. Parking lot and overall service were flawless. However a bit high pricing compared to the building conditions. I am willing to revisit when it’s off season. Note. Guests need to recognize how it will be challenging to keep the rooms and aisle cleaned because of nature of location next to the beach. My 2 cents

Week booked a room with a view but they gave it away and gave us a room in the first floor, not happy. The beds had dirt on them and pillows in the pillow case are stained, there was hair on the pillow cases as well. Our bathtub had rust all over it. The toilet had long hair at the bottom and we don't have long hair. This hotel is over priced honestly. The environment outside is not well kept. Dirt every. Thus place needs some serious maintenance. The door and window blinds look stained, the list is too long. I went to the front lobby to get tea with my son and the front desk lady was looking at us like we were stealing something. So sad honestly.
