What a GREAT hotel and wonderful experience. It is so convenient and the staff are helpful and friendly - it was so relaxing to just be able to have things ready and done for you. Beach towels, meals, pool, spa, beach, etc were easy to figure out, simple to take advantage of and contributed to a relaxing, welcoming environment. The staff just KNEW their stuff - so there was none of the "I dont know, we dont have that, I cant help you, etc" that you often experience in a hotel. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, everything worked... the meals were so good, we often chose the hotel fare over the local restaurants. Simply awesome - I cannot wait to go back.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I would stay here again solely to interact with the restaurant staff again. They were always kind, responsive and super friendly. The pool was a lot of fun and the restaurant served great food and good drinks. If you didn't want to leave the property during your stay, you wouldn't have to. The beds left some to be desired. I am sure it is probably time for the mattresses to be replaced. I stayed in a 2 queen room. My bed was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in for my wife and I. The other queen seemed to be fine for my teenager. Overall good family friendly environment with helpful and friendly staff.
