I had a wonderful experience during my stay. From arrival to departure, the staff made sure my room was clean. They enhanced my experience by attending to the needs I had and was always smiling. My one draw back was I spent approximately $800 during my stay and was not able to enjoy breakfast or anything food related because I didn't qualify. I feel like if I'm spending that much money, I should at least be able to enjoy a hot breakfast

We made the mistake and booked this hotel a second time and again they disappointed. We came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and booked this hotel for the indoor pool only to be shocked that it is under construction it wasn’t on their website when we booked. Also the room we got is stinky, dirty, full of hair and glitter. After 7 hours of driving and a day of work when we got here we checked in then left to run some errands. I came at the end of my day around 9:30 pm to a disgusting room. When i called to get it cleaned they said that it is too late and they can only give us clean sheets. I feel stuck and disappointed. We certainly won’t be coming back to this or any other crowne plaza we are traumatized.
