The amenities of the room were nice (fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen supplies), but besides that, we didn’t really enjoy our stay here. After seeing all the good reviews about cleaning, we were surprised to see long hairs on our towels when we checked in, long hairs in the bed, a dirty counter, and a very dusty, used lotion. We ended up switching rooms. While the new room started out cleaner, we didn’t think it was fair that no place stated (until check in time) that housekeeping was only done every other day. We pick hotels over airbnbs because we expect housekeeping will be done daily. Regardless, even though we requested it to be done on second day (the day they should have anyway according to their schedule), it wasn’t done. We requested it again for the next day and while it was done the next day, it was carelessly done with the garbages not emptied, and the basic used amenities like the small soap bar, etc. not refilled. This is not the cleanliness level we expected from this hotel chain and we would choose a different place next time.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are clean and well kept. Front desk staff are nice and helpful. Small note to hotel: Please label the omelets as containing meat (for guests who are vegetarian).
