We had a nice stay here. The rooms are dated and worn, but it was clean. For example, there is pretty old wallpaper in the bedroom and bathroom, and there was a cracked mirror frame. Also to note, the windows let a lot of light in (the thick curtain doesn't shut all the way). However, we had a pleasant stay and the hotel was overall clean. The pool area was nice enough, and had 2 hot tubs and a sauna. There is a restaurant on-site, but it costs $12 per person for breakfast (we never had it). Overall, this place is decent.
My car broke down in Frisco CO while I was traveling from California to Massachusetts on a busy weekend. The hotels in the area were booked although I was able to find a room at the hotel. An employee (Cody) went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and spacious. Considering I did not have a prior reservation the pricing was not as expensive as I was thinking it would be. The staff I encountered extremely friendly. I ended up having to fly home and leave my car behind in the hotel parking lot for 3 weeks. The staff reassured me they would keep an eye on the car and it would not get towed. Finally after a few weeks I was able to find a tow company to bring my car to Massachusetts. When a car breaks down 1900 miles away from home and you are able to find a clean hotel to sleep that is not expensive that is a plus. Thank you Cody and the staff for the great stay. Keep up the team work!
